1- family pack of Country Style Pork Ribs
1/2- can Coca-Cola
1-Lg jar of KC Masterpiece Hickory BBQ sauce
1/2 - onion, diced
McCormick's Pork Seasoning
In large stock pot, add a little drizzle of oil, ribs, salt, pepper & Pork Seasoning. Over med-high heat, get ribs nice and brown all over as much as you can (approx. 10-15 min.) Keep heat the same, add in Cola, onion and 1-cup of BBQ sauce. Put a lid on it. Stir frequently. After about 20 minutes the sauce should be pretty thick, and bubbly. Add in rest of BBQ sauce, more salt, pepper and Pork Seasoning to taste. Turn heat down to very low, re-cover with lid and let it cook about 1 hour.
Meat should fall right apart when done. I recommend cooking this on a day off, as it is time consuming.
