Daily Recipe: Zucchini Bread

Ingredients:
2- cup sugar
2- cup flour
4- tsp. cinnamon
1/2- tsp. baking powder
1- tsp. baking soda
3- eggs
3- tsp. vanilla
1- cup chopped walnuts
1- cup oil
2- cups grated zucchini ( with or without skin, your preference)

Blend all dry ingredients. Beat in eggs, add in oil, zucchini and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in chopped nuts. Bake 325 1 hour in greased loaf pan. This recipe makes 2 loaf pans. One for you, one for a friend.

Best served warm. Store in fridge. Kids love this bread, especially with a scoop of ice cream!
