Daily Recipe: Momma Salad

Ingredients:

1 - 16oz box cooked, rinsed Rotini noodles
1 - med. green pepper - diced
1 - sm. onion - diced
1/2 - small package of pepperoni slices - sliced in half
2 - cups shredded moz. cheese
1 - sm. head of broccoli - chopped
1 - sm. container cherry tomatoes - left whole
1 - regular size jar of Cracked peppercorn ranch dressing
1 - sm. size jar of Zesty Italian dressing

After all ingredients have been either chopped or diced, mix well in large container and let sit over night. Mix well again before serving.

This is a different version of pasta salad, but is delicious. Has a very different taste to it and is the perfect addition to a spring or summertime party / BBQ. Enjoy!!!
