So sorry to hear the news. I know that it's not an easy decision and it was not decided lightly. I wish you lots of hugs and support right now.

It gets better.
These feelings may feel really big and heavy right now, AG, but they will lighten up, I promise. A few don'ts: Don't hold it in, don't avoid your friends, don't not talk about it. Vent to someone you trust. Cry. Wallow for a while. It'll make it easier to pick yourself back up and make a determined plan of where to go from here.

Oh, wow. Know that you have a lot of people on your side, hoping it gets better or easier or...just better. Time marches on, and you'll get through this, and of course sometimes it will suck and be unbearable, but you'll get through this and come out of it with new perspectives and, I bet, a new realization of how strong you are.

May I suggest that you read one of Dr. Laura's books on marriage? There is a great deal of practical advice that can help to put your marriage back together.
Both of you could read the same book and talk with one another about any realizations you have made, chapter my chapter.
